Return Policy

Pier 1 Imports is happy to accept most returned merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase. Exceptions include merchandise sold “as-is” or with a damage discount. Shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.

• With original receipt - We will provide an exchange or refund in the original form of payment.
• Without original receipt - We will provide an exchange or store credit for the current selling price. This excludes merchandise that is specifically labeled “return with original receipt only”. A valid ID is required.

Check and Credit Card Policy

Pier 1 accepts preprinted checks, debit cards, Pier 1 Rewards Cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Optima credit cards with a valid photo ID. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee or other amount allowed by law and may be collected by electronic re-presentment or through normal banking channels. We reserve the right to verify funds and to refuse any form of payment.

Pricing Policy
