How many points will I earn for my purchases?
You earn 4 Pier 1 Points for every eligible dollar you spend at Pier 1 Imports with your Pier 1 Rewards Card.
How do I earn a $20 Pier 1 Rewards Certificate?
When you accumulate 2,000 points you will automatically receive your Pier 1 Rewards Certificate.
What do I have to do to receive my $20 Pier 1 Rewards Certificate?
Nothing. You will receive it automatically in your monthly statement.
How do I redeem my Pier 1 Rewards Certificate?
You’ll have 90 days to redeem it for your favorite merchandise at Pier 1 Imports.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes! Once you activate your new Pier 1 Rewards Card, visit www.chase.com/pier1card to enroll with your new account number. Chase Online gives you convenient, 24-hour access to your account. You can view your account online, pay your bill, check your rewards points total and much more!
Are there any restrictions on earning Pier 1 Points?
You do not earn points on interest, sales tax, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances on your account. Maximum point accumulation on net purchases is 40,000 points Annually. (Annually means that beginning with your enrollment date through the first statement after the anniversary of your enrollment date, and each twelve months thereafter.) Is the Pier 1 Rewards Program offered in Canada?
