OK, so you’re stressed. Why make matters worse by spending big bucks at a fancy spa when you can get the pampering you crave, right at home? First, try to set aside at least an hour all for yourself. Next, create a soothing spa environment by lighting a fragrant candle (or two or six) and fill the tub with comfortably hot water.
