Please allow 1-3 weeks for In-Home Delivery by Truck. You will receive an email when our delivery carrier receives your order. The carrier will then contact you via phone and email to schedule the delivery of your item within a two-hour delivery window. In-Home Delivery is not available in Alaska or Hawaii, and is currently limited to certain markets – please contact Customer Service at 800-245-4595 for more information. The person accepting delivery must be present and at least 18 years of age. Please share any delivery or access restrictions (gated access to home, elevator or stair location, etc.) with the delivery carrier in advance.
Our In-Home Delivery service offers two options:
Basic Service - $119.00
Your order will be delivered to a single room in your house. Unpacking, assembly and packing material removal are not included in this service.
White Glove Service - $149.00
Includes Basic Service, plus your items will be unpacked and assembled, and packing material will be removed.
To get online orders the next day (or sooner), select our free Store Pickup option on qualifying items.
Most Store Pickup orders are processed within hours. You’ll receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup at the store you’ve chosen. Occasionally, items may need to ship from one of our distribution centers to the store, which may add to the pickup time.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges & Availability: There are no shipping or handling charges for online orders that are picked up in store.
