- Once your order is processed, our transportation service, MXD, will call and email you to schedule your In-Home Delivery date.

You will receive an email when our delivery carrier receives your order. The carrier will then contact you via phone and email to schedule the delivery of your order within a two-hour delivery window. The person accepting delivery must be present and at least 18 years of age. Please share any delivery or access restrictions (gated access to home, elevator or stair location, etc.) with the delivery carrier in advance.
