Our Customer Relations associates bring the Pier 1 Imports brand to life by providing outstanding service, support and online shopping assistance to our customers. They understand customers’ concerns and are able to overcome service challenges to achieve customer satisfaction. They help customers make purchases and quickly identify other customer service opportunities. By engaging our customers via several channels—phone, email, social media and live chat—Customer Relations associates surprise and delight our customers, helping them reflect the diversity of their personalities and styles.
