Our customer relations associates are the voice of our brand, providing our customers with a Pier 1-of-a-Kind experience with their knowledge, conversation and support skills.

Our Customer Relations team members enjoy working from home after 90 days of training at our Home Office. To help our customers to the fullest, this full-time, phone-based role requires supporting our stores and customers with answering questions, placing orders and managing the customer experience.
