We would have loved this mirror but it was shattered when it arrived. The packaging only had a small "fragile" stamp on the narrow side of the box, nothing on the large sides of the box. Had to get a refund because with the packaging, there was no way that mirror was ever going to arrive in one piece. I was very sad.

The mirror is everything I expected. I ordered it prior to the big freeze that occurred in Texas. I was constantly updated about delays which was very helpful. Your delivery was the first to arrive after the freeze was over. Excellent customer service!!

It is a beautiful mirror and it matches two arch shelves I have. The only thing is, is that the wood was whiter than I needed.
So I added stain to it, to darken it up sum, so it goes with my table better.

Its a very nice, well constructed and heavy mirror. I would have stated it was beautiful except that the wood finish is much lighter then was shown in the ad pictures. The wood is so light that it almost looks unfinished but I will darken the wood and then it will be beautiful. For the price, the quality is excellent.

I bought two mirrors and hung them side by side. They are beautiful. Challenging to hang, but thank goodness my husband is handy. It would have been better if it came with hanging hardware. Heck, even just a wire between the two hooks would have helped. They are over 20 pounds so they definitely took much effort to hang.

Received this beautiful mirror with defects on the wood. Called immediately for an exchange or refund and I’m still waiting! I sent pictures per their request and they said they have escalated it but it’s out of their control. Do not order from Pier One. Online service has been horrible. Have been on the phone with CS 5 times all with false promises. It’s ridiculous.

I am very frustrated, we received this beautiful mirror about three weeks ago it was broken, all the glass was shattered. I called pier 1 he asked for pictures which I sent he told me they would get ahold of the vendor and they would either ask for it back or tell us to get rid of it, then send us a new mirror, we’re still waiting I’ve called several times and they just tell me they need to hear from the vendor then a decision will be made. This is the third week now and still no answer. Please can you help us, we are holding on to a broken mirror and no word on getting a replacement. If there is anything you can do to help us it would sure be appreciated.
