This accent chair turned our to be too small for our combo space and the seat was hard and not comfortable

While these chairs are the same shape and color as they appear in the photos, they are much smaller than anticipated. My husband is 6' tall and the back portion ends mid-back on his body and the arms are low enough that his elbows are too high to rest on them while sitting. These chairs would be perfect for a not often used sitting area in a bedroom or alcove, but the size is off for a living room. In addition, the foam in the seat is incredibly hard. They look fantastic but lack any sort of comfort.

Chair is very nice in appearance but not so comfortable. It's pretty hard - more for appearances than comfort. Also, the color of the chair is a much darker color than the picture online. It is a deep purple - very nice but not what I expected.
