You’ll get your membership card in the mail approximately 4‑6 weeks after membership approval, but you don’t have to wait that long, because after you’re accepted, you’ll be emailed a temporary membership card. So you can enjoy your discount right away—in store and online! Present your Pier 1 Trade Perks member card or ID number in store to an associate. Or log in to your pier1.com account to get your discount online at checkout.

Yes, but tax‑exempt purchases may only be made in stores. To obtain your tax exemption, you must include a copy of a signed state resale certificate with your documentation and present it in store with each purchase.
Pier 1 Trade Perks members can return any purchase within 60 days at any Pier 1 store—just bring along your original or emailed receipt and the credit card used (if a credit card purchase). Our store associates can help with everything. To return online purchases via mail, you’ll need to get a shipping label by calling our Customer Relations team at 1‑817‑252‑6300 or toll‑free at 1‑800‑245‑4595. No, your Pier 1 Trade Perks is for business purposes only. You may not resell products in your storefront, online or any other way. Abuse of the Pier 1 Trade Perks discount and/or return policy may result in termination of your membership.
