- Damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage)
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications without written approval from the seller
- Damage from natural disasters
- Mattresses purchased from any seller not authorized under this warranty
- Products that have their own individual warranty policy
