DELIVERY TIME: While we typically ship orders within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, due to severely constrained market conditions, we cannot guarantee less than a 14 day delivery. We will notify you of any delays exceeding this timeframe and your rights thereafter.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please make sure you include a physical delivery address when checking out.
At this time, we do not offer a white glove delivery option.

Only selective items are eligible for Expedited and Overnight shipments.  
Orders with upgraded shipping & handling services are subject to verification.
Upgraded shipping placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping time for oversized shipments may vary, though remote areas may take longer. Our delivery partner will call 1-2 business days before delivery with an estimated time of delivery.
Tracking for delivery will be provided with carrier code and PRO tracking number.
*Additional surcharge is added at checkout for oversized items.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on when you place your order; the order process might not start until the following business day. Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
