You must currently live in United States to enroll in My Pier 1 Rewards.
You can join online at mypier1rewards.com or at any participating Pier 1 Imports store.
When you create a My Pier 1 Rewards account, you will be asked to provide contact information so we can reward you with benefits, like a birthday bonus, as well as special offers and other members-only perks.

We’ve taken care of you! As a Pier 1 Rewards credit cardmember, you’re automatically enrolled in the My Pier 1 Rewards program, so you can enjoy not only the benefits of your credit card but also My Pier 1 Rewards. However, be sure to update your profile with your current phone number and email address so you receive all your members-only perks and rewards.
To enjoy even richer rewards and perks of the Cobalt and Platinum tiers, apply for the My Pier 1 Rewards credit card. Perks include earning 1 point for every $1 you spend at Pier 1 Imports and getting a $10 Rewards Certificate for every 200 points you earn. You can apply at any U.S. Pier 1 Imports store or online.
As a My Pier 1 Rewards Cobalt or Platinum credit cardmember, you earn one (1) Pier 1 point for every eligible dollar you spend at Pier 1 Imports and on pier1.com with your Pier 1 Rewards credit card.
As a My Pier 1 Rewards Cobalt or Platinum credit cardmember, when you accumulate 200 points, you will automatically receive your Pier 1 Rewards Certificate at the top of your next available monthly billing statement.
As a My Pier 1 Rewards Cobalt or Platinum credit cardmember, you will have 60 days to redeem it for your favorite merchandise at any Pier 1 Imports store or pier1.com.
Yes, visit Account Management to enroll with your new account number. Online account management gives you convenient, 24-hour access to your account. You can view your account online, pay your bill, check your Rewards points, and much more!
Depending on your current cycle date, you may have received a billing statement from Comenity Bank prior to receiving your new Pier 1 Rewards credit card. Please refer to the payment instructions, payment address and customer service numbers located on your new Comenity Bank monthly billing statement.

As a My Pier 1 Rewards Cobalt or Platinum credit cardmember, you do not earn points on interest, sales tax, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or any other fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances on your account. See My Pier 1 Rewards credit card Program Terms and Conditions for additional information.
You will automatically be upgraded to Platinum status when you spend at least $1,000 in a 12-month period at Pier 1 Imports on your My Pier 1 Rewards Cobalt credit card. Only accounts in good standing will be upgraded to Platinum status.
My Pier 1 Rewards Pearl members will not receive a membership card, as you’ll only need your telephone number to find your account when you are shopping in the store or email to log in to your account at pier1.com. If you’re a Cobalt or Platinum member, your My Pier 1 Rewards credit card will arrive in the mail within two to four weeks of approval.

Your confirmation email contains a link to set up your password for your account. If you can’t locate your confirmation email, just visit Account on pier1.com and reset your password using the email address you used for enrollment.
You can manage your My Pier 1 Rewards account by visiting mypier1rewards.com and logging in to your account using your email address and password.
Yes. Visit pier1.com and log in to your account to update with the email address you want to use.
You’ll receive your birthday bonus during the month of your birthday via email. Consider it our gift to you.
As a Pearl member, you will receive your welcome offer via email approximately five days after you’ve completed your account profile with your mailing address. As a Cobalt or Platinum member, you will receive your welcome offer via mail along with your new credit card within two to four weeks of approval. So don’t worry, you won’t have to wait long.
Exclusive in-store events for My Pier 1 Rewards members to showcase seasonal entertaining and design trends, offer members-only discounts and more. Be sure to check your email for invitations to these events.
Check-ins are interactions with you and a Pier 1 Imports store and allow you to be rewarded for doing something you love to do—visiting Pier 1! There are two types of check-ins: Visit check-in and event check-in. Check-ins are your way to tell us you’ve visited our store or attended an event. When we’re offering a member-exclusive sweepstakes, for example, your check-ins will be used to enter the sweepstakes. Associates are always available if you need assistance.
Yes, you can have one check-in per day. During an in-store event you may receive additional check-ins for each friend you bring with you to the event.

If you would like to opt out of the My Pier 1 Rewards program, please contact our Customer Relations team at 800-245-4595, or opt out online. If you choose to opt out of the program, you’ll no longer receive any of the benefits or perks of the My Pier 1 Rewards program. Note, however, that if you are a My Pier 1 Rewards credit cardmember, you may only opt out of marketing messages. If you want to opt out of the Rewards Program completely, you will need to close your credit card account.
The fastest way to unsubscribe from email is to click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a Pier 1 email message.
